Baseball Meeting Report

Nominee can be any grade
ALL NOMINATIONS MUST BE SUBMITTED BY THE INDIVIDUAL COACH ELECTRONICALLY VIA OUR WEBSITE.

THIS IS THE ONLY WAY AN ATHLETE WILL BE SELECTED.

1. Go to our website, www.floridacoaches.org, click on the FORMS tab at the top.
2. Select BASEBALL, select COACH Forms.
3. Select “ALL STAR, ALL STATE, ALL ACADEMIC FORMS”
4. Enter information and complete forms. Do not leave blanks, put “NA”.
5. When complete hit “Submit” and that’s it.
6. You will receive a return email with a CERTIFICATE attached for your athlete.

Senior or underclassmen
Nominee must be a starter and have a 3.0 GPA or higher (un-weighted)
